1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fibrous Labs (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fibrous Labs provides textile management software including inventory management, AI fabric scanning, weave design studio, master card generation, and related tools. The Service is available as an Android application and a web platform.
3. Licensing
Access to the full application requires a license purchased from Fibrous Labs. Licenses are:
- Business-level: Each license is granted to a single business entity
- Non-transferable: Licenses may not be transferred or resold
- Scope-limited: Use is permitted only for legitimate textile business operations
4. Payment Terms
All plans include a one-time custom setup/license fee, quoted based on your business size and requirements. Pro and Enterprise plans additionally include a recurring monthly subscription for AI features. Payments are accepted via UPI and bank transfer. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled with 7 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Use the AI features to generate misleading or fraudulent documentation
6. Free Online Tools
The Textile Calculator and Weave Studio available at fibrouslabs.com are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. No account or payment is required. These tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
7. AI Features Disclaimer
The AI Fabric Scanner and related AI features are powered by advanced AI models. Results are provided for informational purposes only. While the AI is highly accurate, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of fabric identification, yarn count analysis, or any other AI-generated output. Users should verify critical results independently.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Fibrous Labs — including the application code, design, logos, and AI models — are owned by Fibrous Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. Your inventory data, designs, and content remain your property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fibrous Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business data.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
