- Sync your data securely across devices (Pro and Enterprise plans)

4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud), a secure cloud platform. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Each business account has isolated storage — your data is never shared with or visible to other users.
Enterprise plans include dedicated data isolation environments for additional security.
5. AI Processing
When you use the AI Fabric Scanner or AI Chat features, images and text are sent to advanced AI APIs for processing. We do not permanently store images after processing is complete.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and cloud storage
- AI APIs: AI fabric scanning and chat features
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your inventory data in CSV format (Enterprise plan)
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Fibrous Labs is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.
